Politique de remboursement


ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless an error occurred on behalf of Nubian Kettle.  No refunds will be provided or discounts will be provided for missed sales. 

If there is an issue with your order or you are not satisfied, please feel free to contact us at info@nubiankettle.com and let us know why you were not satisfied so we can work out a solution.

Damages and issues
If an item arrives damaged, please let us know within 7 days, and we will ship a replacement item to you.  It is required that a photo of the damaged item/package be sent to ensure that we can validate cases of improvements that need to be made in shipping, and is greatly appreciated.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot allow any exceptions in the return policy.  To maintain the integrity of our products, we only maintain inventory on freshly prepared handcrafted items.  Our products are non-returnable except in the case of error on behalf of Nubian Kettle where an exchange will need to be made for the correct item purchased. 

No exchanges will be made unless there is a case of error on behalf of Nubian Kettle where an item was incorrectly packaged in the place for another item.

In the case where an error was made on behalf of Nubian Kettle with your order, we will notify you once we’ve researched your case for the company error and let you know if the replacement was approved or not. If approved, your item will be shipped automatically upon the receipt of the original item shipped. You will receive a new tracking number for the new shipment, and will not be charged for re-shipment.
