I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Due to the nature of the products and to ensure freshness, please allow 7-10 business days production time for your order to ship out.
If you order from us during a sale, please allow 7-14 business days for processing.
During the holiday season, due to the volume of sales, we ask that you give us up to 3 weeks to process your order.
Once your order is processed (7-10 business days), your order will be shipped immediately. It will take approximately 3-5 business days to arrive.
SHIPPING:
Nubian Kettle has a standard processing time of 7-10 business days, unless otherwise notified.
All orders are shipped using (USPS) United States Postal Service or UPS, Monday through Friday.
In the case of a holiday, orders are shipped on the next business weekday. If the product is out of stock, please allow 7-14 business days for products to be processed and shipped out. When the order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your order tracking information.
PROCESSING REFERS TO HOW LONG IT TAKES FOR US TO MAKE THE PRODUCTS. WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE SOAP, ALL NUBIAN KETTLE PRODUCTS ARE FILLED TO ORDER. NO ITEM SEALED IN A CONTAINER, BOTTLE, DROPPER BOTTLE, OR JAR IS MASS PRODUCED LEADING TO SLIGHTLY LONGER PROCESSING.
PRE-SHIPMENT OCCURS WHEN WE HAVE PRINTED YOUR LABEL FOR YOUR ORDER. WE OFTEN PRINT LABELS EARLY IN THE PROCESSING RANGE, FULFILL ORDERS ACCORDINGLY, AND DO A MASS PACKAGE DROP OFF LATER IN THE WEEK. IT IS POSSIBLE THAT YOUR PACKAGE CAN REMAIN IN PRE-SHIPMENT FOR UP TO A WEEK.
*PLEASE NOTE THAT BUSINESS DAYS FOR SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIMES DO NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS (SATURDAY & SUNDAY) AND HOLIDAYS. PROCESSING TIME IS AN ADDITIONAL TIME FRAME SEPARATE TO YOUR CHOSEN SHIPPING METHOD.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We are so sorry to hear that! Due to the nature of Nubian Kettle products, we are unable to accept returned products. If there's an issue with your order or you are not satisfied, please feel free to contact us at info@nubiankettle.com and let us know why you were not satisfied so we can work out a solution.
Additionally, ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless an error occurred on behalf of Nubian Kettle.
No returns will be provided or discounts will be provided for missed sales.

Products and product information are not intended to treat, cure, prevent, or diagnose any medical condition. If pregnant or nursing, or are concerned about a particular health condition, please consult your physician before using products containing essential oils.
Replacement Items:
If an item arrives damaged, please let us know within 7 days, and we will ship a replacement item to you. It is required that a photo of the damage item/package be sent to ensure that I can validate cases of improvements that need to be made in shipping, and is greatly appreciated.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If your order is returned due to an incorrect address or error on your part, there's a re-shipping fee that will be charged in order for us to reship your order.
If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at info@nubiankettle.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 7-14 business days.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not yet received it, you must address this with the United States Postal Service at 1-800-275-8777. Nubian Kettle does not hold any responsibility for packages that are delivered. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered.
